Our Services include:

  • One-on-One Consultation – this is a series of in-depth conversations to understand your business, your customers, and your current revenue and profitability goals. Ongoing communication with an account manager, via phone and email, is our expectation.
  • Keyword Generation and Analysis – we generate a broad list of keywords related to your business’ products, services and website content, as well as those of your competitors. Keyword generation tools used include 3rd party software as well as the AdWords and Yahoo keyword generation tools. We then analyze and group the keywords into appropriate ad groups, or categories, so that we can tailor ad messaging around each group.
  • Customized Ad Creative Development – we write and test multiple ads (at least 3 per ad group for Google campaigns) based on the client’s products, services, and the target audience. We have deep experience to draw from, and we continually test ad creative to ensure we are maximizing CTRs and thus lowering our CPCs, with an ultimate focus on cost-per-conversion metrics. In certain instances, we use keyword-substitution and other little-known tactics to increase click-through-rates.
  • Landing Page Optimization & Development – we will work with your design team to develop and test various landing pages in order to maximize click-to-conversion metrics by rotating and testing LPs at the ad level or the server level.
  • Bid Management – CPC Search manages bids at the keyword and ad group level on a continuous basis in order to generate maximum ROIs. Where applicable, we will incorporate the use of automated 3rd party bid management tools to use across multiple search engines.
  • Tracking – we will work with the client to ensure we are tracking all relevant customer touch points, including tracking leads and orders via the AdWords Conversion Tracking system. We will also help gauge any discrepancies between AdWords reported metrics versus our clients’ internal reporting system.
  • Campaign Optimization – We continually manage and optimize campaigns to our clients’ specifications based on conversion and other metrics, as well as target ROI.
  • Reporting – our clients can expect weekly and monthly reporting of all click, cost and conversion data. We don’t just run reports and send them – we work with the client to determine the reporting variables and formats that will most help the client continually gauge the success of the program. We are also happy to deliver reports on an as-requested basis from time to time.
